Effective from May 25th, 2018, all data is processed following Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council on the protection of natural persons about the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – hereinafter referred to as the “GDPR Regulation”), as well as Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data and Amendments to Certain Acts, as amended on May 25th, 2018 (hereinafter also referred to as the “Act on Personal Data Protection”).

Touch4IT specializes in developing custom software solutions, virtual and augmented reality, artificial intelligence solutions, business intelligence solutions, cloud and mobile applications, and UX/UI design. Touch4IT processes personal data related to you to the following extent: name (and surname) and email address.

Please note, however, that even if a specific processing purpose concludes, this does not necessarily end our retention of your personal data.
